Our Team
Nurullah Albayrak graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1996. Specializing in criminal law and compensation law, he completed his Master's degree (LL.M.) at Atılım University Faculty of Law. Throughout his career, he has worked in the areas of criminal law, compensation law, personal data protection (GDPR), and international human rights law. He has experience with individual applications to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and the United Nations (UN). Albayrak is registered with the Ankara Bar Association and the Balie Brussel Bar Association, providing consultancy and representation services in fundamental rights areas, such as the protection of personal rights, fair trial, and property rights, both nationally and internationally.

İkbal Kayaduman graduated from the Police Academy Security Sciences Faculty in 2004 and has held managerial positions in the public sector for many years. Specializing in financial crime intelligence, anti-money laundering (AML), anti-corruption, and the prevention of terrorism financing, he has played an active role in many national and international projects. İkbal Kayaduman has completed various training programs at the University of Virginia, FBI National Academy, and Fabelfin Academy. He provides services in both English and Turkish and offers consultancy in areas such as AML/CFT compliance processes and combating financial exclusion.

Ali Can Şanlı graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019, then completed master's programs in International and European Law at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Catholic University Leuven, and a legal equivalency master's program at Université Libre Bruxelles. He has written theses on data processing in personalized advertising, protection of non-personal data, and the use of intellectual property in EU climate policies. Ali Can Şanlı provides services in English, French, and Turkish. He specializes in personal data protection and engages in activities such as corporate compliance consulting, applications to data protection authorities, and GDPR awareness seminars.

Kaynak graduated from the International Relations department of Ankara University Faculty of Political Science and completed his Master's degree (MPA) in Political Science and Public Administration in 2013. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in European Politics and International Relations at Marmara University. His work focuses on EU digitalization policies and anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CFT) regulations. He has been involved in European Union projects for many years, managing tender and project management processes. He provides consultancy services in both English and Turkish.
